How the record is built
Company filings document what the company reports. Organizer announcements document scheduled appearances. Reporting is attributed to its publisher. Analysis explains a comparison or implication and is labeled separately from recorded events.
Deadlines and outcomes
A target is a forecast, not proof of an outcome. We preserve the original target and its precision, then compare it with evidence about the same milestone. A prototype reveal is not a first delivery; a first delivery is not a production ramp. The tracker includes positive and negative outcomes and is not a statistically representative sample.
What updates automatically
Headline feeds and supported calendar sources are checked hourly. Their availability varies, and the collection panel reports failures. Editorial stories and tracker judgments have their own review dates and require a separate editorial update.
Pictures
Context photographs are credited and labeled. Topic illustrations and share cards are original graphics. They are not photographs of the events described.

Editorial updates
Changes to a tracker entry should preserve the earlier milestone, add a dated source for the new development, and update the review date. Evidence of a missed target does not by itself establish a person’s motive.
